OPTIMUM QUALITY HEALTH VENTURES, INC. is a stock corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 23, 2017 with Certificate of Registration No. CS201738919. It was established to operate, own, manage and maintain a hospital or hospitals, medical and clinical laboratories and such other enterprises which may have similar or analogous undertakings or dedicated to services. The incorporators are composed of doctors who are experts in various medical fields and are graduates of Masters Program in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, and Hospital Management.
It is the mission of Optimum Quality Health Ventures, Inc. to set up a level II health care facility that is organized, systematic, cost-effective in its approach of providing the community and its neighboring areas the best quality health care that is both within their reach and means. This hospital is envisioned by the corporation’s President to be an institution that will not only uplift the health and spirits of its patients, but a hospital that will also uplift the lives of its doctors.
